CRM, or Customer Relationship Management, is a tool designed to track and stay connected with customers while managing tasks for your team. Our initial MVP includes features like Chat, Customer360 view, task management, and a dashboard – just the beginning of our comprehensive project.

- UI Mood board, requirement from client
- Provide a Design System to keep project consistency.
- Provide UI screens with Hi-fidelity method by using Figma.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, Product Owners, and other teams.
- Implement usability testing methods to enhance the overall User Experience design.
Challenge and Obstacles
During the project period we changes a lot of flows for gives better user experience to the user by using our knowledge and brainstorm and some small internal session of usability testing. Which can make the project timeline takes longer but we can planing to deliver by use Agile method to split them into a part.
