As the sole designer in our small team, I faced the challenge of directly interacting with clients to gather requirements. This added pressure, but it was essential to align with the customer's decisions. Being a relatively new designer, I had to navigate this learning curve independently, given the absence of a larger design team. Despite the challenges, this experience became a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth. It pushed me to acquire new skills, enhance my problem-solving abilities, and build resilience in a dynamic work environment.
