Overview

The property management system is divided into three interconnected components, each serving a specific role in seamless operation

We have 3 parts in this project

  • Resident App:Designed for homeowners within the property.Provides residents with personalized access to manage their properties.
  • Juristic App:Tailored for juristic persons responsible for property management.Facilitates efficient management of resident-related tasks, including handling fees, electricity and water bills, parking, and overseeing basic system functionalities.
  • Back Office:Operates similarly to the Juristic App but in a web application format.Offers a more comprehensive management experience, delving deeper into overseeing various aspects of property management.

These three components collectively form a cohesive system, ensuring effective communication and streamlined management for both residents and the property management entity.

Project Responsibility

  • UI Mood board, requirement from client and CEO
  • Provide a Design System to keep project consistency.
  • Provide UI screens with Hi-fidelity method by using Figma.
  • Prototyping most of the cases to show to steakholders
  • Support and Improved the current flow
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders, Product Owners, and other teams.

Challenge and Obstacles

As this is a small company with limited knowledge about our tasks, I noticed the absence of documentation, a design system, or a storage system for designers. Recognizing the need for standardization, I decided to build everything from the ground up. Additionally, there was a lack of a streamlined handoff process for development. To address these issues, I introduced Figma, outlining its pros and cons, and implemented a new CI document and Design System within Figma. Despite initial challenges, our collaborative effort in sharing knowledge allowed the team to utilize Figma effectively, significantly improving our handoff processes and ensuring consistency across our product.
